Bohemian Chic Nursery Before & After on
Design*Sponge last week (I describe my process in detail, so if you want additional info on how we did everything, head over there)–but before you do–I want to share some additional pics with you AND today we have an extra-special treat because our sponsor,

If you’ve hung out around this blog much, you know that I love to mix handmade, modern, vintage and international pieces. Our little nursery contains of all of these things: pieces from our travels, hand-me-downs, thrifted finds, hand-crafted elements and a few modern pieces to give the nursery a fresh feel. We also have worked hard to keep the nursery green–we have wooden and bamboo toys, upcycled pieces (like our closet bars that used to hold pots and pans in out kitchen and the curtains that used to be a table cloth).
Because the nursery used to be my closet, the room is really small–so we used the height of the room, hanging a lot of things on the walls to maximize space.

the joya rocker is fantastic. I walk by a store with this in the window everyday and am just amazed with the clean lines. I want to put it in my grownup living room!

I’d probably choose the Moses basket, Lifefactory bottles or Dwell Studio sheets. There’s such a great selection it’s hard to choose.
I love pretty much everything but my faves are the Woodland Tumble Rug and the Clothes Tree

I grew up eating all my moms home made deliciousness sitting in a Natural Tripp Trapp! It’s wooden and all natural which is important to me – the height can be adjusted as the child grows – and it’s all made in Norway. My homeland
