Nothing much to say but YUM. A crowd pleaser that could not be easier…..6 ingredients and that’s it!
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 1/2 egg whites
powdered Sugar
Preheat your oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whip egg whites to soft peaks. In a large bowl mix together coconut, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Gently fold in your egg whites to the coconut mixture. Place tablespoon sized mounds of mixture on cookie sheet leaving space in between as the cookies will spread while baking. Bake for 8-12 minuets or until the coconut begins to brown. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

YUM! These are my favorites and I can’t believe they are that easy to make! I definitely have to try this, looks like a great finger food for having friends over. :)

THANK YOU for this easy recipe!! I made them twice this weekend and both times they were a hit!!! I do wonder if we minimize the amount of condensed milk, will it make it less sticky? Unless that’s what the powder sugar does. I didn’t try it w/ the powder sugar. I did melt some chocolate and drizzled it over the 2nd time, AMAZING! Or maybe, do you cook it a little longer??? I’ll most definitely make it again and try w/ less milk.
