Woo hoo! This is my 100th post!
Thought I’d celebrate with a special post that features my newly renovated home office. I have really been wanting to branch out and rent a space that’s not in my home for my work– but it doesn’t look like that will be happening too soon, so to satisfy my cravings I fixed up my tiny office corner.
A mix of vintage objects, repurposed materials (like juice jars as pen holders, and thurmoses as plant holders)and few design pieces like my fancy new tape holder by Jonas Damon and my glass pen holder from Sprout Home— mixed up with some Ikea fillers, like my ever-so-orange paper-holders and this fold-down desk which is convenient to have since this tiny home office occupies just a little corner in my kitchen.
Feeling pretty good about finally having all my crafty supplies labeled and easy-to-find too.
It took a while to make all of the labels with real-live stamps– but a perfect project to do while watching a silly movie or TV reruns.
Where do you work?
How important is having a beautiful and personal space to work in for you? Do you think it helps to produce more beautiful work?
