Happy Blogaversary to us.

One year ago today, I decided that it would be OK to blog about all of my design interests, not just recycled clothing, so I took a leap.

I felt I was risking creating a blog that was too scattered and all over the place– I feared readers may be perplexed by the fact that jump around from fashion to graphics to interiors to food and basically to anything that’s green and pretty.  I feared incongruence and incoherence.  I went for it anyway. Now, low and behold, it has been such a good thing for me– It has kept me disciplined and constantly on my toes, and also allows me the freedom to explore myself as a creative.  I’ve met a ton of new friends and encountered so many bloggers that inspire me (and sometimes intimidate me too, I admit!)  The web is such a crazy (and HUGE) place, and I’m so excited that this tiny fraction of it is dedicated to this colorful discourse on design, frivolities and little adventures in my life.

Since I began the blog, I have been lucky enough to be joined by by co-bloggers Natalie and Faith, and our little network keeps on growing. I feel blessed to have the freedom to express myself creatively and share bits of myself and my creations with you everyday, and hear your feedback.

Thank you so much for being a vital part of this tripped-out blogging experience. Your comments really do brighten my day. Your visits really do inspire me to create more O.G. content and push myself more and more.

Today we got an amazing blogaversary gift when we reached exactly 100 followers. Pretty cool huh?
Well, we can’t thank you enough for sharing this journey.
