I know, I know– you’ve never seen such a mellow color palate on the Compai blog. Well, I’m in the mood to be calm and take a deep breath this morning– I want to enjoy the beauty in the simplest things: a lettuce leaf, a stack of tofu, the calmness of a muted palate and a whole lotta white.
