Two Thousand Eleven has been jam packed with miracles and mishaps, jubilation and constipation, stress, slacking, bursts of creativity as well as moments of mental congestion–but despite the bumpy ride, one thing is for sure–I am truly blessed. Here’s my year at a glance, some of my most coveted moments and memories from a year of self-seeking…Now, as we welcome in the new year I can look upon this past one and truthfully say that I have no regrets. I have an amazing life, and I am so grateful.
2011
We found a new home to live in.
My best friend Caitlin and I built a Love Fort.
Jason and I grew our own food
We Cicla’d the Via
and hung out with some furry friends
I learned a ton about plants and met some wonderful people as Communications Director at Woolly Pocket
I decorated and decorated, then I decorated some more
Several of my nearest and dearest had deliveries of the most special variety
We explored our beloved Los Angeles from the comfort of the Vespa (No traffic!!)
I laughed, celebrated, cried, chilled, and freaked out with my fam and my besties
I made some amazing new friends
I fell in love with Istanbul
I occupied LA
I was Frida for a day
I got engaged to this zany fellow with whom I am very much in love
All in all, 2011 was a fabulous f*cking year. Thank you all for being part of it!
