Your home is about to get even happier: {Giveaway!}

Now those are some happy homes. What’s a happy home to you? For me, a happy home is a home that satisfies all of the senses. As both my pregnancy and the summer progress, I realize how much things like room temperature and air quality also contribute to my happiness at home.

I was recently introduced to the Nest thermostat. A ‘learning’ thermostat that is perhaps best explained as the iphone of thermostats (in fact, it was designed by the same fellow who designed the ipod). It ‘learns’ about you and your home, and then regulates the temperature accordingly. It can also be adjusted remotely from your smartphone. And as though all that wasn’t rad enough, it also can save about 20% on your heating and cooling bills–good for you, good for the environment. Done and done.

I’m feeling pretty lucky as I have one of these to giveaway to a lucky reader with a soon-to-have even happier home. (Retail value, $249)

You can even take your own pictures of faces you see in your own homes–it can be as simple as two apples and a banana on a table, for example–and pin that image.

5.) Leave a comment on this post with your pin URL.
