Sometimes there are days that are hot, too hot for my liking–and I feel uninspired to cook just about anything. When this happens, the one thing that I *can* stand to make is a Turkish-style breakfast. This is my simple interpretation that will help to give you loose guidelines to make the fresh meal all your own. And while this is traditionally served as breakfast, it makes a tasty, no-fuss anytime meal.
What You’ll Need:
Here I have used radish, olives, caper berries, feta, tomatoes, dates, ham, boiled egg, and fresh bread. (I like to include a meat, cheese, bread or flat bread, tomatoes, eggs and olives, other than that, create to your heart’s content..)
What You’ll Need To Do:
Cut up your yummies and serve! Create DIY deliciousness by the mouthful.

Beautiful colors, looks fresh and tasty, love dates at breakfast. So many flavours and textures in that selection.
