First off, thank you SO much for your time and insightful comments about BOOBS yesterday. I am implementing many of the ideas today–I’m prepping oatmeal for myself right now :) You are all so generous to share your experiences and wisdom with this here new mom! Today I’m inspired to share some nature pics that I’ve snapped in the last couple of weeks on my walks (a big part of healing from the C-Section surgery is to walk, so I’ve been doing that when I can, and enjoying the hell out of it.)
Also, a quick reminder that the R.Wood Studio Ceramics Giveaway ends tomorrow, so keep those comments comin’!

isnt it wonderful how beautiful nature is? i too had a c-section ( 2 of them). walking def. helped me. my second c-section was better than my first ( both emergency c-sections). after my second one, i was back to riding the lawn mower 11 days after ( 2 acres of lawn). it hurt, but it wasnt as intense as the first one. i for some reason, felt the need to keep nesting. i also found it peaceful to be outside, with the humming of the mower, the smell of the grass, lost in my own thoughts!

Nature is a wonderful thing. Walking around, we will understand that life is a harmonious combination between nature and man-made. Both bring great emotions to people.
