I’ve been feeling a little sluggish these days. I have been contemplating cutting out dairy for a few weeks to see if that makes feel any better–but in the mean while I need some extra doses of vitaminas to make up for my lack of sleep etc.–so this juice seems especially apropo. Thanks Caitlin.!

Make sure to use all fresh and organic ingredients, and wash well. This recipe works best in a powerful blender, but a juicer can be used. Cut all fruits and veggies into small pieces, place in blender with liquid and blend until smooth. Extra water can be added if a thinner consistency is preferred.
Thanks Caitlin!
