Exactly my dilemma Justina – I drool over chunky cable knits, snazzy French berets, ribby bed socks, brushed cotton PJs…but, living in the southern Mediterranean, where the start of November is blisteringly hot still and I’m in summer gear, means I can’t buy much of Toast’s delish winter collection. I do occasionally grab something while back in the UK, but for old times’ sake and nostalgia for British winters. That said, the two months it does get chill in our stone houses here in Malta coincide with post-Xmas and Toast’s winter sale! So, my disjoint with seasons saves a few pennies.
