I truly feel that rugs are the key to making a home feel cozy. They also help to divide large spaces to create intimacy, and to add color and pattern to an otherwise boring room. One of the sourcing questions that I get asked most often are about the rugs in my living room. I got one of them in Istanbul and the other from a heap at the Rose Bowl Flea market so I’m never much help to anyone who wants to find something similar.
