I was giddy when I received Will Taylor’s new book, Bright Bazaar: Embracing Color for Make-You-Smile Style in the mail last week. Will and I became friends about five years ago when both of our blogs were fledgling and we both had this exploding love of colorful home decor when a minimal palettes was all the rage. Opening up the book to find so many colorful and inspiring homes, complete with clear ideas, tips and tricks to owning color at home was such a treat. The book feels like a very natural extension of his blog.
There’s a little something for everybody here…some shots with a boho bend, like the above lounge area.
And a ton of shots of the home of the king of color himself, J Adler.
I also love how Will has woven shots of the outdoors into the book too for a real 360 degree take on color.
Sending a heartfelt congratulations to Will for this amazing book–so excited to return to these pages again and again for inspiration. You can get your copy of Bright Bazaar here.

I love the subtitle! “…make you smile style” – And since I love decorating with color as well, I’ll definitely be purchasing that book!
