The kind folks over at ModCloth asked if I would sort though their myriad of merch and pick out my perfect present picks…the trouble was, I think I got a little *too* focused on all the stuff I wanted instead of thinking about the gifts….
Like this sweater?! I mean, come on. It’s too good. And it’s even soft–like super soft. And it’s the closest thing I need to a jacket in L.A. so I’ll wear it year round…and it makes me feel fierce. So fierce, in fact, that it’s almost like I’m channeling Nicole Kidman circa 1990–do you see it??
And then there is this necklace that (duh) I’m wearing as a head piece, because, well I can. And no, I’m not going to give it as a gift. I want to keep it all for myself. I’m a terrible, selfish person. 
And don’t get me started on the shoes, festive but not hideous–an illusive combo, yes?? The shoes are also keepers. I can’t help it. I’m sorry. No I’m not. Okay I’m kind of sorry….But just look how happy they make me. :D
When placing orders may I suggest that you choose the shipping option that delivers straight to the recipient of the gift and not to your own home? Because if you’re anything like me, when the stuff arrives, it’s not going to get wrapped and get gifted, it’s gonna get kept and get worn and get old with you. Don’t be a terrible person like I am. :)
