My sister, Faith Blakeney designed this sweet bathroom in Marina Del Rey in a home with two small kiddos. This is the kids’ bathroom, but since it’s also the primary bathroom that guests use, it needs to be kid friendly as well as look chic enough for ‘adult’ guests.
She used my Cosmic Desert wallpaper in gold — which I think is perfect because it’s so whimsical and the touch of gold kinda ‘elevates’ it and makes it feel grown-up, too.
I love the wall towel-caddy solution for storage, frees up floor space but also allows for much-needed storage.

Hi, I ordered a sample of the Cosmic Desert-Gold and it was much more beige and brown than the photos. Could I have received tile sample instead. I know the color on computer monitors can be off, but this was so different than all the photos I have seen which are more yellow and gold, very bright, as opposed to what I received. Any thoughts? Do you do custom of that design? I would love to see gold on white.
