Last week I needed to get out of the office and soak up a little inspo, so I called up my boo Dabito, and we hopped over to Antique Row in Pasadena. My favorite spot in the annex belongs to Bonita Interiors. Her style is very, very on point (pictured above and below). Not only is each piece really good, but the way she displays and styles her space is very inviting and full of ideas to adopt.
While this space has less color than I normally gravitate towards, the mix of textures and shapes is giving me life.
There were so many pieces that I kinda fell in love with. The prices in here are pretty steep. They are high enough that I don’t even really feel tempted — like this brass sun (and I collect sun faces) was a cool $340. It’s a good place to go if you’re ready to splurge, but don’t go if you’re looking for bargains.
I fell in love with this lamp.
Also this box…how pretty is its brass ‘nipple’? hehe.
Dabito spotted the above lamp, and I TRIPPED OUT because it’s the big sister of the lamps I have in my bedroom. It’s always so surprising when I see vintage pieces related to ones that I own that I thought were one-of-a-kind.
If you are in L.A., and you are on the hunt for a little inspiration, it is really fun to walk through the Annex and glean ideas, inspiration and plenty of good vibes. If you got some gold coins to drop too, you may leave with some serious treasures!
Hello this is sooooooooo prettty
nice collections..
