The Hitched event last night, put on by my friends Paige and Kelly of Bash, Please together with Urbanic was a really colorful, fun and happy alternative wedding event at the neato (LEED Platinum) event space Smog Shoppe.
I felt like my whole family was there as my friends/clients Annie McElwain, Josie Maran, Sole Alberti, Stella Alberti, Erin Tavin and my two tiny nieces, Eden and Noa all participated in the happening– not to mention the fact that I got to hang with new friends, Charley Star, Bonnie Tsang, Victoria V. and old school buddies, miss Sofia, Shannon, Jean and her 2 little ones, and of course, Faith and Natalie.
(I hope I’m not missing anyone, we were rolling soooo deep!)
The decor was exquisite, many pieces were rented from {Found}, vintage decor rentals. There was some drool worthy calligraphy and invites from Urbanic, and the fashion show at the end that featured pieces from the Tavin shop and Stella Alberti and all the little flower girls – was a highlight.
P+K – you two threw one helluvan event. You go girls!
