A customized tabletop for the Holidays? Yes please! I just raided my jar cabinet and washed off all the old food labels. Next I took a sharpie to packing tape and decorated the tape with some simple designs and words. I then taped on my new labels. Boom.
The little glass jar I filled with rocks and a candle becomes a candle *and* a place holder by decorating it with the guests’ name–it then becomes a cute little take-home favor. The little mint holder can also be a take-home or you could puncture holes in the tops of those tiny jars to make customized salt and pepper shakers!
The craft tape keeps the look rustic and homey while the coordinated look and feel keeps the tabletop cohesive and charming. So go find some old jars and bottles, a sharpie, some packing tape and a few wild-flowers and get customize your holiday the cheap, easy, eco way.
So much love for a happy weekend homies!
