I would like to take a moment to give gratitude for your comments both here on the blog–as well as on Pinterest yesterday. For me, sharing is cathartic–and hearing your stories and words of encouragement touched me deeply. I truly appreciate that you took the time to listen, and to share, and how thoughtful and generous of spirit you are. Cheers to keeping it real, keeping it open, keeping it supportive, and keeping it lovely. Thank you so much.

Wow, just getting wind of this today. I want to say you are brave ( to open this as a discussion, to post a picture of your body, etc), but then I think why? Why should it be bold to be honest and not scared of showing off who you really are and how you really feel? But that’s the world we live in, and you’re right- so many of those body image notions are ingrained into the deep pits of our eating habits, the voice that happens when we look in the mirror, why I stopped wearing shorts for years, why I’ve been trying to lose weight since I was a teenager. It’s a life long struggle ( to be comfortable in our own skin, not just with weight, but about our whole being) and I thank you for being vocal about it and for opening up a discussion. xoxo
And after that, more zany and zaftig mama versions please!!

Sharing is always great. If you live too much materialistic, don’t care about emotions, your life will be tasteless. Live a life that is what you are doing
