The Secret Garden was one of my very favorite books as a child. Lately, I find myself being drawn to these archways and shelters, covered by wild Jasmine, Wisteria and other unruly vines. I want my wedding ceremony to have this Secret Garden feel–a little sacred, special hideout. And the best part is, the jasmine and wisteria smell so divine…

You just reminded me how much I love that book too! I always wished I would find a secret garden at my parents…
Beautiful, imagine walking down the aisle under the yellow flowers in the top picture…!
great px, not so easy to find such lushness in the Northeast
Wisteria reminds me of my childhood home – it climbed right up around the front door. So lovely.
Such magical spots! Wish I had one of these around the corner to read my favorite book and relax!
Oh those spots are so lovely…I’d love to be there on a beautiful day with my sketchbook in hand!
