I have some new friends in the jungalow! Remember this bougainvillea photograph that I shared a while back? Well I had one of them printed out large and then I framed it in a simple Ikea frame. Something about looking at it makes me feel happy and so I wanted it in my bedroom– the leaves look like kisses and so it feels romantic, but since it’s simply petals it doesn’t feel cheesy, ya know? I also snagged this funny little cactus pot/vase at a thrift for for $3 last week. Cute huh? Some day I’ll show you the other side of it — there’s a wolf howling at the moon (hehe). Also, I just can’t get enough of these tiny pink pineapples that I keep on picking up out the LA flower mart–aren’t they just the sweetest?
They really do look like kisses! Do you think you’ll be putting more of your face the foliage prints (and other images) up on Society6?
