The word lace might conjure up images of your grandmother’s dining room, or that victorian bed and breakfast you spent a weekend in, but lace doesn’t always have to be prim and proper- layer it on, add some color or some plants, and you’ve gone romantic bohemian.

Sheer and airy, lace makes a great room divider- breaking space up, while adding texture and softness- without blocking light. Looking for a little bit of romantic coziness? Hang it as a canopy over the bed or bath.

Draped over a chair, or covering a window, even a small lace tablecloth or scarf goes a long way. Layer several on to add more privacy, while still letting the light shine in.
