So, last week I, with the help of my super handy super patient friend Fabrizio, painted a few stripes on the wall my living room wall at my home, The Tree House. My house is a sort of incubator for my interior design experiments. This week we did it again- last time sage. This time a color from Farrow and Ball called House White. I have a continual sense of wonderment when I see, time and time again, how much a little paint can transform a space. Wow. Thanks Fabrizio!

i LOVE stripes! i painted my old bedroom with pastel yellow and green horizontal stripes after seeing it on a house in Portofino. this is totally making me want to do it again.
