Getting emails like the one I got over the weekend from Lauren Davidson of Girl & Graaf is one of the main reasons that I love blogging. Lauren writes:
..an avid follower of your blog and find it endlessly inspiring both visually and in terms of content, so I’m really excited to submit a couple of images of our “Baby Jungalow” for your consideration…I thought you might like to see how your work directly influences others half a world away. I’m really just beginning my creative journey so I’m really grateful to have others out there that I can look to for inspiration.
As I read those words I find myself getting almost teary-eyed, so grateful for this opportunity to be let inside your homes and your heads, to be able to share my often-times cooky ideas with you, and to then see how some of these ideas may influence your aesthetic, your decor, or, at the very least, the number of plants that you have in your homes. he he. Anyways, thank you Lauren, for the sweet email, and for allowing me to share your home today.
I love that pajaki-style decoration she has over the door–and the plants in bags?! It’s a yes for me.
These tiles make me pretty happy.
As do ladders acting as shelves and racks.
Plants in the tub? It’s a no-braner.
Pops of pink are always fun.
Some pretty pillows to invite sprawling out on the floor is always a good idea, too. And here are some of my favorite items from the Girl and Graaf shop:
Thanks again Lauren!

Finding economical planters for large plants is so hard! Plants in bags is such a fun idea- I’m totally stealing!
