I really enjoy coming up with unique gift wrapping ideas, and every year around this time I try and come up with something new that hasn’t already made its rounds on Pinterest.
This time I think I was able to come up with something pretty unique–but still simple, easy to do and no-fuss. This year, the satsuma plays protagonist. In order to get the sweet, fragrant fruit to attach easily to the gold-wrapped packages I sewed them on with a simple ol’ needle and thread.
The satsuma that sorta kinda looks like a reindeer is probably my favorite concept. It’s a bit silly and most certainly cooky but I think it’s just silly enough to be kinda perfect. Happy wrapping, friends!

Can I vote that your next book be awesome and fun ways to wrap gifts? Seriously, you have some of the most unique and fun ideas I’ve ever seen. These are so cute and those gift wrapping videos on eBay were the bomb. I’d buy that book in a heartbeat. All the best to you and yours this holiday season! xo

Note: do pack more underwear than you think you’ll need.
Come prepared with sunscreen and a good hat or visor that will protect
you from the sun. It has also received the Water Quality Association gold seal of
